FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND POLICIES

 

* SHOWROOM HOURS

We are open by appointment only. Please have an event date and venue booked prior to making an appointment. Please contact 707-834-3062 to schedule and appointment or fill our the form under CONTACT icon. 

* RESERVING ITEMS AND DEPOSIT

The earlier the better!  Since many of these items are one of kind, early reservations ensure availability and provide enough time for us to prepare your order. We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of your rental order to reserve your items. We will also collect a refundable security deposit 10% of your rental order. This will ensure all items all returned the way they were given. Final payments are required 30 days prior to your event date. We accept cash, card or check. No refunds on unused equipment or if it RAINS!

* RENTAL PERIOD

We have priced all items individually and are priced per event. We allow a maximum of 72 hours for your rental. Long term rental quotes are available upon request.

* CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that you may have changes in your order, especially if you reserve early.  You can cancel a portion of your rental items or make substitutions, that is not a problem.  Reserved items must be canceled at least 30 days in advance of your event date.   Your initial deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE!  My items are one of a kind and when you book and reserve items, I exclusively make it available just for you.  Therefore if you book it and then cancel it, it could of been rented to someone else.  Please keep this in mind when booking your order. You may add items at anytime and an additional deposit may be required.

* DELIVERY

We do NOT offer delivery. All items are scheduled prior to your event for pickup and drop off. We will schedule a head of time so you can plan accordingly. We will let you know what type of vehicle and items needed for delivery prior to pickup; long bed, uhaul, tie-downs, blankets, etc. There may be a charge for late or no show pickup and drop offs. Please plan ahead of time. Your order will be packed and ready for pickup at your scheduled pickup time. 

* DAMAGED ITEMS

Rental items are your responsibility from the time you pickup to the time you drop off. We understand that accidents happen. Replacement fees may vary from item to item and can range 4-6 times the rental rate. Some of our items have a higher replacement fee of up to 10 times the rental rate. If an upholstered item gets damaged, you will be charged for the professional cleaning fee. Please keep in mind that our items are mostly one of a kind items and can be costly to replace. You will be help responsible for any replacement fees at the replacement cost, not the rental fee.

* DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED CLEANED?

YES!!! All dessert pedestals, mason jars, glassware, and etc. come to you clean and ready to use. We ask that all dishware and food service items be rinsed free of food immediately after use and packed in their original containers.  All other items should be returned clean to avoid a cleaning fee, which may include professional cleaning fees on upholstered items and/or re-painting fees on chalkboards where liquid chalk has been used. We will charge a $10.00-$30.00 fee per chalkboard to repaint. Brass candlesticks need to be cleaned and free of any wax. You will be charged for any wax removal we will have to do. Fees vary depending on extent of cleaning required.  Please make sure all linens are properly cleaned as well.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE ANY OF THE ANTIQUE MASON JARS FOR CANDLE HOLDERS!  THEY WILL CRACK AND BREAK AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED.  

* STORING ITEMS

Lots and Lots of weddings are held outdoors. Please keep in mind that our items must be stored indoors while not in use. Please do not leave items outside overnight regardless of the weather. 

* CAN YOU SET UP & STYLE MY EVENT? 

We have certain stylists we work with, so possibly yes for an additional fee.  Call/Email for more information.

* DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

No, we have no minimum order requirement. You may reserve as little or as much as you need for your event.


* WE ALWAYS ARE LOOKING FOR NEW STUFF!

We are always on the hunt for new inventory pieces!  If you have any old, rustic, vintage, antique items you no longer need...give us a call or shoot us an email!
